Delivery Information

We aim to provide the highest standards of delivery using our own vehicles and drivers. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and will be confirmed within 14 working days after order confirmation. The standard lead time is 14-75 working days. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or supplier issues. In case of delays, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Force Majeure

If delivery is delayed or impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdowns), we reserve the right to defer delivery, cancel the order, or reduce the quantity without liability.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Window: We will do our best to meet the advised delivery period, but we cannot be held responsible for delays.
  • Lead Times: Delivery times are estimated from when the order is finalized and payment is received. Modifications to the order may cause delays.
  • Curb-Side Service: Deliveries are made to the curbside by one driver. Please ensure there is help available on-site to unload the goods, with 2-3 persons recommended depending on the size of the order.
  • Outerframes: Outerframes are typically delivered assembled unless oversized, in which case they may be delivered in kit-form. If you require kit-form delivery, please specify in the order notes.

Changing Delivery Dates

If you need to change your delivery date, we require at least 48 hours' written notice. Failure to provide notice may incur a re-delivery charge.

Access & Parking

  • Ensure proper access for a long wheel-based van.
  • Notify us of any parking restrictions or if a parking permit is required. Any related fees are the customer's responsibility.

Checking Your Order

Please check your order upon delivery to ensure the items are correct. If there are any issues, do not proceed with installation and contact us immediately.

Health & Safety

The customer is responsible for health and safety precautions and site risk assessments.

Important Notes

  • Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and end of the day.
  • If the customer is unavailable for delivery, we will reschedule and a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • We are not liable for any installation or consequential delays related to delivery issues.
  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported on the day of delivery.
